Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Facilitate the implementation of labor management tools and technologies; develop and execute comprehensive project plans, monitor project progress, and mitigate risks.
- Financial and Labor Analysis: Analyze labor and financial data that is used to develop and implement strategic workforce planning.
- Project Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams by foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Essential Responsibilities / Duties
- Project Management:
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and develop and implement corrective actions to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage expectations.
- Lead the implementation of labor management tools and technologies to improve workforce efficiency and productivity.
- Analyze labor data to identify trends and opportunities to enhance operational performance.
- Develop and implement strategic workforce planning to align labor resources with organizational goals.
- Identify opportunities to streamline labor processes and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
- Conduct regular process reviews and audits to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, empowering them to achieve project objectives.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Assist in development and delivery of training programs to educate employees on labor management systems, processes, and best practices.
- Help create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and job aids.
- Aide in conducting training sessions and workshops to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Run and analyze financial reports related to the annual labor budget.
- Develop and present insightful slides to senior leadership, highlighting key trends and variances, and making data-driven recommendations on budget/ resource allocations.
- Utilize a strong analytical mindset to create and compare cross entity data.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Education
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, required.
- Master’s degree preferred.

Experience
- Project Management Experience: 5 years of Project Management experience required.
- Healthcare Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, motivate others, and provide guidance and support.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to identify and resolve issues.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all work.
