Location: Remote, with travel to various EACH sites across Australia
Work Type: Full-time, permanent. We can consider 0.8 FTE for the right candidate.
Salary: From $120k negotiable.
About EACH and the MHAOD Program:
For over 50 years, EACH has championed Mental Health and Alcohol and Other Drugs (MHAOD) services, and in 2023, a dedicated MHAOD Program was established to enhance quality and alignment across our range of support services. From youth mental health to adult alcohol and other drug services, EACH provides comprehensive care and is a lead agency for large stepped care consortia in NSW and QLD.
Your Role:
Reporting to the Program Director Mental Health and Alcohol and Other drugs as the Senior Project Manager, you’ll be key in driving the reform agenda within our MHAOD Program. You’ll partner agilely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to lead projects that align with EACH’s strategic goals such as support workforce development initiatives, service enhancement projects and implementation of new services.
What You’ll Do:
MHAOD Reform Lead Key Projects: Develop and manage project plans, timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery.
Support Workforce Development: Enhance team skills and capabilities.
Service Management: Provide interim support for service continuity or support establishment of new services.
Stakeholder Engagement: Foster relationships and provide clear project updates.
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for service enhancements.

About You:
With 5+ years in senior roles in mental health or AOD services, you’re a strong project manager with a commitment to person-centred, trauma-informed care. You bring expertise in contract management, risk assessment and a strategic approach to driving change.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in allied health related discipline, health, health management, business or relevant fields; postgraduate qualifications are a plus. A current driver’s license and a commitment to cultural safety are essential.
