Senior Project Manager Patient Attraction Retention | Fresenius Medical Care | Indonesia
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Project Manager, Patient Attraction & Retention to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and implementing strategies to attract and engage patients while strengthening collaboration with healthcare providers across hospitals, GPs, and private medical practices.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Develop Market Insights and Strategies
- Lead market intelligence initiatives to understand healthcare provider needs and market dynamics.
- Oversee the use of CRM systems to improve stakeholder engagement and coordination.
2. Enhance Patient Attraction and Engagement
- Design and implement strategies to attract and engage patients through targeted programs, online channels, and community initiatives.
- Ensure patient engagement strategies align with the needs of both healthcare providers and patients.
3. Strengthen Collaboration and Partnerships
- Foster relationships with hospitals, general practitioners, and private practices to support CKD screening and patient education.
- Engage with patient associations to run awareness campaigns and improve access to information about therapies.
4. Drive Organizational Value and Reputation
- Work closely with internal teams to refine the company’s value proposition for healthcare providers.
- Oversee the development of materials aimed at external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
5. Improve Patient Feedback Processes
- Coordinate the management of patient feedback and grievances across the EMEA region.
- Incorporate insights into continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient experiences.
Your Profile:
Qualifications and Experience
- A degree in economics, marketing, business management, social science, nursing, or medical science; a master’s degree is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare management, patient engagement, healthcare marketing, or provider relations.
- Knowledge of dialysis or chronic care therapies is advantageous.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to lead complex projects with cross-functional teams.
- Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
