Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial discovery to successful go-live.
• Formulate detailed project plans encompassing resource allocation, timelines, budgeting, and change management strategies.
• Maintain consistent communication with internal teams and clients to guarantee project success and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while managing scope changes through established processes.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to derive insights for future projects and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with client executives and key stakeholders to demonstrate expertise and identify opportunities for additional service offerings.

Required Skills

• Exceptional project management capabilities with a proven track record in managing large-scale software implementations.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, enabling effective communication at all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, and Jira is advantageous.
• Knowledge of the packaging industry is preferred.

Qualifications
