Mandatory Skills
- Must have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the last ten (10) years of IT project experience with a Project Management Professional certification.
- Must have one (1) example of managing transition of IT services to M365 with at least 5,000 user accounts, including Bring Your Own Device model within last three (3) years.
- Experience of Federal Government of Canada M365 security baseline configuration.
- Must have the below certifications:
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert.
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer
The scope of work of the Contract includes, but is not limited to:
The Senior Project Manager professional will be expected to execute the following tasks during this contract, but not limited to:
- Review and understand the RMC Network architecture; Review RMC’s current academic network and review key systems within RMC Net identified by CDA that will be migrated to the RMC M365 tenant.
- Develop a project plan to include the following:
- Draft the required number of SOWs that the resource needs to form an M365 tenant implementation team comprising all the various professional services required for the resource to lead the implementation of the M365 tenant to completion at RMC under the oversight of the CDA TA. The SOWs will need to include, at a minimum, the following headings in Appendix B: SOW Template, which is subject to review and amendment by the CDA TA. This must be provided in Word or PDF format to the CDA TA.
- Written project overview in Word or PDF format to include at a minimum the objectives and goals: specific milestones to achieve with timeline and effort required to stay on track to achieve the completion of the project with the M365 tenant implemented at RMC.
- Produce a visual representation in the form of a Gantt Chart to show project schedules, showing task sequences and dependencies.
- Cost management in the form of an estimated budget for the purpose of SOW and any other overhead required to complete this project, to be presented in written form for TA review and amendment if required before approval.
- Identify update meetings and working session tempo required to complete the project prior to 31 March 2025, in writing for CDA TA approval and subject to TA amendment and additional engagements to be held if requested by TA.
- Plan for integration with existing systems and applications identified by CDA, such as on- premises systems or third-party applications.
- Plan and coordinate activities of other professional services obtained to support the project plan, as well as any CDA staff required to support the project plan.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagements to drive M365 implementation efforts and be prepared to coordinate additional working sessions with CDA as required or as requested by CDA.
- Provide documentation of the project, and hand over documentation and M365 operations to
- CDA and close out the project by 31 March 2025.
