Key responsibilities:
- Act as a servant-leader for Backend, Frontend, and QA/AQA teams, guiding the adoption and execution of Agile principles and Scrum practices
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to promote collaboration, transparency, and accountability
- Identify and resolve impediments that hinder team progress, ensuring focus remains on delivering value
- Foster effective communication between development teams, product owners, and management, providing clear and timely status updates
- Analyze and report on performance metrics (e.g., velocity, sprint success rates, team productivity), offering insights to support informed decision-making
- Encourage a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues, working with stakeholders to develop strategies for on-time delivery
- Ensure the timely delivery of features that meet customer expectations
- Share best practices, lessons learned, and insights across teams to promote collective growth and improvement
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in the IT industry, across multiple organizations
- Demonstrated expertise in managing teams of 10 or more members
- Outstanding skills in communication, facilitation, empathy, and conflict resolution
- Proven ability to adapt to shifting priorities and navigate uncertainty effectively
- Proficient in using Jira and its plugins (e.g., EazyBI, Plans, Big Picture) as well as Confluence
- English proficiency at an upper-intermediate level or higher (B2+)
Nice to have:
- Experience in the Game Development or Gambling industry
- Previous work experience in product-focused companies
- Background in software development
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or possession of equivalent Agile certifications
