Job Summary
NikoHealth is a rapidly growing SaaS startup transforming the way Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and Home Medical Equipment (HME) providers operate. Our innovative, all-in-one platform streamlines business operations, empowering providers to work smarter and more efficiently. We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, on time, and with exceptional outcomes for our customers.
In this role, you’ll bring your expertise of SaaS solutions to drive project success, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and optimize processes to deliver value at every stage of the project lifecycle.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of NikoHealth platform, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budget constraints
- Work as the key point of contact with our largest customers, providing a world class experience by forming trusting relationships, setting expectations, and preventing scope creep or changes during the configuration and validation phases to minimize implementation delays and control costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to define and drive business requirements, project scope, objectives, and deliverables to provide optimal value to our customers end-users
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the accelerated project lifecycle
- Optimize implementation processes to reduce costs and timelines while ensuring high-quality deliverables, resulting in happy and referenceable customers
- Interface with and report progress to executives at NikoHealth and the customer, providing regular updates and insights into the accelerated project’s status
- Manage team resource allocation across projects, ensuring milestone achievement, and tracking actual effort to accurately schedule and resource future projects
- Facilitate meetings that lead to actionable outcomes and decisions with follow-up communication including a summary of decisions, next steps, and assigned responsibilities
- Manage, communicate, and escalate potential risks and challenges transparently, outlining mitigation strategies
- Mentor and guide junior project managers, providing leadership and support to ensure project success
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 10+ years of experience leading complex SaaS implementation projects
- Proven track record of managing customer relationships, setting expectations, and persuading customer engagement
- Proven ability to stay organized while adapting quickly to changing priorities
- Demonstrated experience managing high-pressure situations while maintaining a professional and solutions-focused approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with industry standard project management platforms and tooling (Jira, Wrike, Asana, Monday, Clickup, Microsoft Project, etc.)

- Experience working at a company that sells a core software platform
- Experience working with a company providing SaaS solutions to the HME/DME space

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $122,194.00 – $140,000.00 per year
