About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to manage software development projects for complex client needs. You will oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle while leading multidisciplinary teams of Business Analysts, Developers, and Consultants.
This role is dynamic, offering opportunities to:
- Build and lead high-performance teams.
- Engage directly with clients to translate outcomes into successful projects.
- Assist in sales and account management efforts.
Responsibilities
- Manage client and internal stakeholder relationships.
- Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables.
- Coordinate all stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Track, report, and escalate project statuses and risks.
- Provide peer support and mentorship to project team members.
Essential:
- Proven experience managing software development projects.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, and DevOps).
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and technical resources, including system integration and infrastructure.
- Certification in PRINCE2, PMBOK, AGILE, or equivalent project management frameworks.
- Demonstrated leadership in project governance, risk resolution, and achieving project outcomes.
Highly Regarded:
- Experience in government environments or managing distributed teams.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Exceptional stakeholder and client engagement skills.
