At Avyre, our Project Management team is crucial in delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions. We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to enhance our team, playing a vital role in supporting our Client Program Leads and overseeing the entire spectrum of project activities within the IT domain. This role is essential for ensuring projects are delivered seamlessly from start to finish, upholding the highest standards of quality, discipline and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Support and Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison with clients, managing scheduling, issue logs, and timekeeping to ensure project alignment.
  • Project Tracking and Reporting: Use Jira and Confluence to track project changes, report on risks and achievements, and document key decisions and action items.
  • Documentation and Administration: Oversee lifecycle documentation, ensuring synchronicity between Avyre’ and clients’ archives. Establish and maintain essential documentation spaces.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks to prevent impacts on budgets, timelines and outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, aligning on strategy, deliverables, and the integration of activities, people, processes, and technology.
  • Process Improvement and Team Management: Lead process optimization and team development efforts, enhancing productivity and fostering a positive work environment.

Experience & Skills

  • Demonstrated success in business analysis, solution design, planning, resource allocation, stakeholder management, project execution, control, and reporting, including risk management.
  • Proven experience in process improvement and team management within a project context.
  • Proficiency in leading and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
  • A Deep understanding of MarTech and information management operations is a plus.
  • Knowledge of enterprise Digital Asset Management, Media Asset Management, Marketing Resource Management, Content Management, and Product Information Management solutions is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration capabilities, adept at explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Effective management across timezones, prioritizing the client’s primary timezone for communications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, engineering, or a related field.
  • Must be proficient in both verbal and written English

Certifications:

  • PROSCI Change Management Certification (or equivalent).
  • PMP, PMI Certifications, including PMI’s PMP Certification and PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP). Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
