What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage multiple large or complex projects, ensuring superior customer and client experience
• Adhere to project management standards and complete all related artifacts, including status reports and financials
• Oversee projects through their entire lifecycle using various methodologies, applying risk and issue management
• Interface with all areas impacted by the project, ensuring successful delivery of business objectives
• Serve as a mentor to Project Managers and Associate Project Managers, supporting continuous improvement efforts

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 5 years of experience in project management across large, cross-functional projects
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
• Strong organizational change management skills and proven conflict resolution experience
• Ability to manage meetings with Senior/Executive leadership effectively

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Agile Certified Practitioner
• Experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or the healthcare industry
• Knowledge of multiple software development methodologies
• 2 years of program management experience
