What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage the content delivery process for the Apps workstream and monitor the status of content development
- Collaborate with the programming team to ensure all content is fully supported through publishing
- Drive target audience insights to inform strategy planning and improve content effectiveness
- Oversee the social channel editorial calendar and communicate best practices to stakeholders
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of content to ensure adherence to formatting and best practices
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 3-5 years of marketing experience
- 2 years of experience managing social media programs and strategy
- 2 years of experience with social scheduling and monitoring tools (preferably Sprinklr)
- 1+ year of creative and/or copywriting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with Microsoft products
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape and social media platforms
- Ability to interpret data to inform strategy and provide actionable insights
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
