Senior Project Manager Solar Pv (Remote)

We are on the lookout for a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to spearhead utility-scale Solar PV projects across the United States in a remote capacity. This pivotal role merges strategic project management with robust client engagement, driving the successful execution and delivery of renewable energy initiatives. As the Senior Project Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of engineers and designers, leveraging your expertise in PVSyst and other advanced modeling software to provide exceptional power generation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of utility-scale Solar PV projects, from initial planning through design, implementation, and final delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, cultivating long-lasting relationships to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of technical engineers and designers in the design process, optimizing the use of PVSyst and other modeling tools.
• Strategically manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to project timelines.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align project objectives with both client needs and organizational goals.
• Provide thought leadership in the renewable energy sector, contributing to projects in Solar, Wind, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), while sharing industry best practices.
• Identify potential project risks and devise innovative solutions to address challenges encountered throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications
