Senior Project Manager Us East Coast (Remote)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Project Manager to become a vital part of our dynamic team. This role is ideal for professionals with a robust background in real estate, site acquisition, development, and land use planning. You will be responsible for managing a variety of projects, ensuring optimal resource allocation, budget compliance, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception to completion, overseeing resource management, budget tracking, and project status updates.
• Develop detailed project cost estimates encompassing labor, travel, and equipment expenditures.
• Offer technical direction to the site acquisition team, emphasizing real estate, site acquisition, and land use planning, while supervising construction management teams.
• Maintain transparent communication with clients to promote project clarity and satisfaction.
• Execute specialized tasks related to site acquisition, with readiness to travel to client sites across the U.S. as required.

Required Skills

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years in real estate acquisition, land use planning, and/or construction management, preferably within the telecommunications sector.
• At least three years of project management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office at an intermediate level.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Superior customer service and interpersonal capabilities.
• Familiarity with real estate principles, regulations, and contracts pertinent to the acquisition of land rights is preferred.
• Comfortable utilizing hand tools, such as GPS technology.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 10% of the time.
• Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• A valid driver’s license and capacity to meet insurance coverage requirements.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of experience in real estate acquisition, land use planning, and/or construction management.
