Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from inception to completion, overseeing resource management, budget tracking, and project status updates.
- Develop detailed project cost estimates encompassing labor, travel, and equipment expenditures.
- Offer technical direction to the site acquisition team, emphasizing real estate, site acquisition, and land use planning, while supervising construction management teams.
- Maintain transparent communication with clients to promote project clarity and satisfaction.
- Execute specialized tasks related to site acquisition, with readiness to travel to client sites across the U.S. as required.
Required Skills
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of five years in real estate acquisition, land use planning, and/or construction management, preferably within the telecommunications sector.
- At least three years of project management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office at an intermediate level.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Superior customer service and interpersonal capabilities.
- Familiarity with real estate principles, regulations, and contracts pertinent to the acquisition of land rights is preferred.
- Comfortable utilizing hand tools, such as GPS technology.
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 10% of the time.
- Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A valid driver’s license and capacity to meet insurance coverage requirements.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- At least five years of experience in real estate acquisition, land use planning, and/or construction management.
