Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with Research, Data Analysis, Product, and Marketing teams to create comprehensive long-term roadmaps and convey user experience insights.
• Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge progress and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Oversee the complete project management lifecycle, from initial roadmapping through to final delivery.
• Lead and mentor high-priority programs, fostering collaboration and offering strategic direction to team members.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to innovate and improve processes.

Required Skills

• Strong strategic leadership capabilities.
• Excellent collaboration skills, particularly with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in establishing and monitoring KPIs.
• Expertise in managing project processes from inception to completion.
• Familiarity with project management and design tools such as Asana, Jira, Sketch, and Figma.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 7-10+ years of relevant experience in design project or program management within digital environments.
• Proven success in collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with executive stakeholders.
• Experience with resource management and Agile project management methodologies.
