What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage and execute work on wastewater and water utilities including treatment plant and pumping station planning and design
• Develop scope, schedule, and budget for new projects while ensuring timely and on-budget delivery
• Prepare technical deliverables such as modeling reports and design reports documenting analyses and recommendations
• Lead project teams in planning and designing major engineering projects while coordinating with various disciplines
• Review engineering data and oversee construction administration phases, including submittal reviews and change orders

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• B.S. degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering with an Environmental focus
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in municipal water and wastewater facilities
• Professional registered engineer in the State of Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain registration
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize client needs
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, Project, Excel, and PowerPoint

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• 15+ years of professional experience in the study, design, and construction administration of municipal water and wastewater facilities
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Proficiency in GIS and AutoCAD; Civil 3D and MEP/Revit knowledge is a plus
