About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Property Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for an experienced property professional looking to lead by example and deliver outstanding property management services while mentoring junior team members and driving best practices.

Key Responsibilities
        •       Oversee the management of a high-quality residential portfolio, ensuring exceptional service to landlords and tenants.
        •       Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on all property matters.
        •       Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including tenancy agreements and inspections.
        •       Coordinate maintenance requests, contractor services, and property improvements.
        •       Handle escalated issues and provide resolutions promptly and professionally.
        •       Mentor and support junior property management staff, fostering team collaboration and development.
        •       Stay updated on industry trends and legislative changes to maintain a competitive edge.

What You’ll Bring
        •       Proven experience as a property manager, with a track record of managing a portfolio efficiently.
        •       Strong knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy laws and compliance requirements.
        •       Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
        •       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client and tenant relationships.
        •       Proficiency in property management software and systems, Property Me preferred.
        •       A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to excellence.
        •       A current Agent’s Representative Certificate or Licence and a valid driver’s license.
