Senior Public Relations Manager (Remote)

Job Description: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative PR Manager to join our company.  

As the PR Manager for an A+ premium PC game, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective PR strategies that promote currently being in development unannounced game project.  

Game genre is a fantasy themed innovative survival city builder.  

Your role will focus on establishing and maintaining relationships with gaming media, influencers, and key industry players while driving engagement with the professional gaming community. 

Responsibilities: 

• Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive PR plan to build and drive awareness for the game release across chosen markets and channels. 
• Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with gaming media outlets, journalists, bloggers, and influencers to secure coverage. 
• Press Material Creation: Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and other promotional materials.  
• Event Coordination: manage media events, support product showcases, and media interviews at gaming conventions, industry events, and digital launch campaigns. 
• Influencer Outreach: Identify and coordinate with influencers and content creators to drive game awareness. 
• Data-Driven Reporting: Analyze the KPIs of PR campaigns through media coverage tracking, engagement metrics, and feedback from stakeholders, and provide reports to internal teams. 
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and game development teams to align PR initiatives with overall marketing strategies and game development milestones. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field. 
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in PR within the video game industry. 
• Strong network of media contacts in the gaming industry is highly desirable. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in english) with the ability to create engaging content for different platforms. 
• Proven experience in handling media outreach and managing relationships with influencers. 
• Strong understanding of the gaming industry, gamer communities, and current marketing trends. 
• Experience with PR & Influencer tools such as Press Engine, Woovit, KeyMailer, Lurkit.
