Job Overview:

Are you a Python aficionado with a flair for server-side development?

We’re searching for a Senior Python Developer who’s excited to dive into our vibrant start-up culture and play a key role in crafting robust and scalable backend systems.

You’ll work closely with our forward-thinking team to design and implement server-side solutions that drive our enterprise products and deliver exceptional performance.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in server-side development with strong expertise in Python and relevant frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, RESTful APIs, and experience with modern database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
• Infrastructure: Working knowledge of Linux & Windows, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Performance: Experience with performance optimization, scaling applications, and handling large-scale data processing.
• Testing: Knowledge of backend testing practices and tools (e.g., PyTest).
• Software Quality: Experience in performance assessments & measurements, build automation, packaging, security, and other software quality aspects.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit. We value creativity and a proactive mindset!
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Back-End Excellence: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance server-side applications using Python, Django, Flask, or other relevant frameworks.
• Architectural Design: Collaborate on designing scalable and efficient backend architectures that meet the needs of our enterprise solutions.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Database Management: Work with various databases (SQL and NoSQL) to ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability.
• Integration: Build and maintain APIs and services that integrate seamlessly with front-end components and third-party systems.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve complex backend issues, optimizing performance and ensuring reliability.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
