IF YOU ARE

• Qualified with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Experienced with 5+ years of Python development
• Adept in cloud platforms
• Well-versed in React
• Proficient in Python frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI
• Knowledgeable about databases, including SQL and NoSQL, and adept with ORM tools
• Familiar with version control systems, particularly Git
• Skilled in problem-solving with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent in communication and collaboration within a team environment

AND YOU WANT TO

• Design, develop, and maintain Python applications and services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and build custom applications using Writer’s full-stack platform
• Develop and maintain microservices to support our applications and ensure seamless integration
• Optimize application performance, ensuring high availability, scalability, and accuracy
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices and industry standards
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in production environments to maintain system stability and reliability
• Create and optimize base prompts that will enhance our customers’ app pipelines, ensuring they are effective and efficient
• Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and evaluate prompt chains for specific content creation applications
• Work with stakeholders in Customer Success to scope customer applications and ensure they meet business needs
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of engineering processes and outcomes, and share innovative techniques with the team
• Collaborate with engineering team members to integrate your work seamlessly into our product, ensuring a cohesive user experience
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and performance of generative AI applications
