Role Overview Description
As the Technical Architect & Project Lead (React), you will play a pivotal role in both architecting and leading the development of advanced software solutions tailored for the fashion industry. You will be responsible for designing, coding, and deploying specialized features, while also guiding a team of engineers and managing the full development life cycle. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring the scalability, maintainability, and performance of our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and Lead the SDLC: Design and architect the React application while leading the software development life cycle (SDLC), maintaining best practices and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business needs into actionable technical specifications and innovative features.
• System Architecture: Design and implement scalable and maintainable systems that align with the workflows of the fashion industry.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes innovation and professional development.
• Code Quality & Control: Conduct thorough code reviews, manage source control using Git/GitHub, and maintain the integrity and quality of the codebase.
• Performance Optimization: Architect systems optimized for large-scale transactions and complex data processing.
• QA Collaboration: Work closely with QA teams to ensure the delivery of reliable, high-quality software.
• Project Management: Oversee project timelines, resource management, and risk assessment to ensure timely deployment of updates and features.
• Technical Support: Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting to ensure client satisfaction and system stability.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor”s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of programming experience in React.
• Strong experience in ERP software or related project development.
• Expertise in React, consuming APIs, Azure Static Web Apps, and OData APIs.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, including deployment, management, and optimization.
• Proficiency with Git and GitHub for version control, including experience with GitHub DevOps and GitHub Pipelines.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing and architecting complex software projects from inception to deployment.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles.
• Practical experience with agile project management and scrum team leadership.

• Direct-hire on the Remofirst payroll on behalf of AIMS360
• Job Type: Permanent

• Working time: 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM IST

Interview Process – 2 technical (1st round basic technical, 2nd round Senior level technical) and 1 round with CEO.
