Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior React Developer with a strong UI/UX background to help craft an exceptional user experience for our customers. You will work closely with product managers and backend engineers to translate complex legal workflows into intuitive interfaces. You’ll also play a key role in setting front-end architecture, mentoring the development team, and refining our design systems to deliver world-class user interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front-End Development: Build and maintain sophisticated React.js applications using TypeScript and modern tooling (Webpack, Jest), ensuring reliability and high performance. Experience with Cypress a plus.
• UI/UX Leadership: Collaborate with product team to refine wireframes, prototypes, and style guides, creating visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces that improve key UX metrics.
• Quality & Testing: Advocate for robust testing practices (unit, integration, e2e), implement automated testing strategies, and contribute to continuous integration pipelines.
• Technical Ownership: Lead projects from ideation to deployment, influencing architectural decisions and ensuring delivery aligns with business goals.
• Mentorship & Collaboration: Mentor junior developers through code reviews, workshops, and pair programming, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Cross-Functional Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams (backend, product, AI experts) to translate business requirements into elegant technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years in front-end web development, including React.js, TypeScript, and a proven track record in delivering user-centric interfaces.
• UI/UX Expertise: Deep understanding of design principles, usability testing, accessibility standards, and the ability to implement pixel-perfect interfaces.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of modern CSS techniques, responsive design, and performance optimization. Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a drive to solve complex technical challenges.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead projects, mentor developers, and take ownership of outcomes.

Desirable Traits:

• Agile Practices: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and iterative delivery models.
• Domain Experience: Legaltech or AI-based solution experience is a plus.
