The Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Recruiter with 5+ years of experience in recruitment to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions and levels. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the recruitment process, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm EST
Position Type: Full-Time
Work Arrangement: Remote – Colombia 🇨🇴
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and Screening:
- Utilize various job boards and professional networks, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, and CareerBuilder, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- In-Depth Interviewing:
- Conduct comprehensive interviews via phone and video to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural alignment with the company.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and refine interview questions and techniques that accurately assess candidates’ abilities and fit for the role.
- Candidate Management:
- Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through client presentation, ensuring timely and clear communication.
- Provide constructive feedback to candidates throughout the interview process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- ATS Management:
- Effectively utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage and track the recruitment process.
- Ensure all candidate information is accurately recorded and maintained in the ATS.
- Data and Reporting:
- Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Provide regular updates and reports to hiring managers and senior leadership on recruitment progress and metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment for a variety of US based industries and roles (technology, customer service, sales, project management, service technicians, etc.) with US candidates.
- Proven ability to source and attract top talent using various methods.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
