Senior Recruiter | THCO – We Are Hiring! | Canada
We are seeking experienced 360 recruiters with proven recruiting agency background. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere. The ideal candidate will have a track record of full-desk recruitment success, from business development to candidate placement, with an established client portfolio they can bring to the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive business development
- Source, screen, and assess candidates using various recruiting channels
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job intake to placement and follow-up
- Meet and exceed quarterly revenue and placement targets
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple industries
- Negotiate offers and close deals with both clients and candidates
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of full-desk (360) recruiting experience specifically in an agency setting
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding placement targets
- Strong business development skills with demonstrable client acquisition success
- Experience managing a full recruitment desk independently
- Expert knowledge of various sourcing strategies and recruitment tools
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and KPIs
- Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of agency recruitment experience
- Established network within relevant industry sectors
- Active client relationships and ongoing projects that can be transferred
- Existing book of business with potential for immediate revenue generation
- History of developing and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Track record of repeat business from existing clients
- Experience working remotely with demonstrated success

- Maintain a healthy pipeline of both candidates and job orders
- Achieve specified number of placements per quarter
- Develop and expand client base within assigned territories/industries
- Maintain high fill rates and low fall-off rates
- Generate specified number of new business leads monthly
- Successfully transition existing clients and projects within first month
Qualified candidates should have a proven track record of success in agency recruitment, demonstrated by placement metrics, client development history, and consistent achievement of revenue targets. Candidates with an existing book of business that can be transitioned to our firm will be given priority consideration.
