Ideally, you will have extensive experience in permanent medical placements. However, we are open to people with Exec Search or government recruitment backgrounds.

This is a full 360 Recruitment Consultant role including –

• Managing a permanent portfolio covering a variety of surgery and general medicine specialties across Australia
• Sourcing and placing candidates – local and international
• Business development and Client management
• Conducting Client visits
• Effective use of a CRM and Database management
• Collaborating with the regulatory and migration team to provide a smooth process for Doctors to move from overseas
• Achieve targets and drive the growth of the portfolio
• Contribute to the strategic business plan

You will be led and mentored by the Founder and Director and have support from a knowledgeable team and a dedicated Associate Recruiter. You will be set up for success with a bespoke, comprehensive CRM and the excellent Wavelength reputation, built over 25 years, to leverage.
