As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Sentient Search, you will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts within the AI industry, focusing on sourcing and placing top-tier talent in a variety of roles, including engineering, research, and leadership positions. You will work directly with AI companies that are pushing the boundaries of technology, ensuring they have the talent to achieve their ambitious goals.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with AI companies and tech start-ups, understanding their talent needs and providing strategic recruitment solutions.

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial job briefings and candidate sourcing to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and post-placement follow-up.

Industry Expertise: Utilize your expertise in the AI industry to provide clients with market insights, talent trends, and competitive intelligence to help them make informed hiring decisions.

Business Development: Identify and target new AI companies, pitch Sentient Search’s services, and build a robust pipeline of new clients in the AI sector.

Equity Growth: As an equity-only consultant, your compensation will be tied to the success and growth of Sentient Search. You will have a direct stake in the company’s future, with the potential for significant long-term financial rewards.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruitment, ideally with a strong background in the AI or technology sector. A deep understanding of the unique skill sets required in AI roles is highly preferred.
  • AI Industry Knowledge: You should be familiar with the latest trends, technologies, and key players in the AI industry, including machine learning, natural language processing, deep learning, and other AI technologies.
  • Business Acumen: Strong client management and business development skills, with a proven ability to identify opportunities and build lasting partnerships.
  • Proven Track Record: A track record of success in recruitment, with experience in sourcing high-quality candidates for technical and leadership roles.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: An entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to engage clients and candidates effectively, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
