Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with global, national, and regional consulting firms to comprehend their investment objectives while promoting our strategies.
- Provide insightful market intelligence regarding key search trends and emerging developments pertinent to targeted consulting firms.
- Align our investment strategies with the specific needs of consultants to ensure success in the institutional market.
Required Skills
- FINRA licensure (SIE, Series 7, and 63) required within 90 days of employment.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities, manage projects efficiently, and adopt a client-centric approach.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on relationship building, negotiation, and presentation.
- A collaborative team player, with an MBA or CFA and experience with Taft-Hartley funds considered advantageous.
- Willingness to travel approximately 40-50%.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- More than 8 years of experience in investments or related fields, particularly with institutional consultants.
- Demonstrated success in the Northeast and Southeast regions, establishing a strong track record of trust, mandate acquisition, and client engagement.
- Established relationships with delegated and advisory teams, including manager research and field consultant contacts.

Compensation And Benefits
- Location: This position offers flexibility with remote and hybrid work options in Des Moines, New York, Chicago, or Charlotte.
- Salary Range: (174,000 – )280,000 annually, determined by location, experience, and skill level.
- Time Off: Enjoy Flexible Time Off (FTO), allowing you to take paid time away for vacation, personal matters, or short-term illness.
- Work Authorization: Currently, we are not accepting applicants requiring immigration sponsorship.
