Our proprietary Research Management Solution (the IME RMS), gives Relationship Managers (RMs) & Investors direct access to our central research teams ratings & recommendations on an exhaustive universe of investment funds (detailed ratings done on the funds offered by 40+ MFs, 150+ PMS-AIFs & 100+ Global Investment Options). This tool transforms the ability of RM’s to instantly address client queries across complex investment options, dramatically improves their productivity levels and acts as a strong value-add that RM’s can offer their clients (helping RM’s gain new clients & increase wallet share).

Role Overview

We are on the lookout for seasoned Senior RM’s/Private Bankers to join our team in a dynamic and quasi-entrepreneurial role.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience (no upper-cap on experience), actively managing clients as a Relationship Manager/Private Banker in the wealth management industry. Our slab-based structures appropriately rewards candidates with a higher level of experience/AUM.
  • Existing Client Profile: We have specific tailor-made offerings for the Affluent (50 lakhs -10 cr), HNI (10-25 cr) and Ultra-HNI (25 cr+) categories, and have a min 50 lakh threshold to onboard a new client. Your existing client base needs to primarily comprise investors from these categories.
  • Entrepreneurial: Self-driven & keen to operate independently while leveraging a supportive infrastructure.
  • Client-Focused: Dedicated to delivering superior value and service to clients.
