Role Summary 

The Relationship Manager plays a key role in driving revenue growth for Lionsoul Global by building and nurturing strategic relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and Family Offices. Through a deep understanding of client needs, the Relationship Manager promotes and delivers Lionsoul Global’s cutting-edge digital asset investment solutions.

This position requires a strategic approach to sales, exceptional interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of digital assets investment products, and experience advising and managing HNW clients and Family Offices in a wealth management business.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition and Business Development:

  • Identify and target High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and Family Offices through strategic prospecting, networking, and referrals, and leads from marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to generate leads, conduct outreach, acquire new clients and nurture relationships to drive sales conversions.
  • Deliver NNM targets for 2025: starting from $40M+ AUM

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HNW clients and Family Offices, building strong and trusted relationships through regular communication and personalised service.
  • Understand clients’ financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences to tailor investment solutions and address their needs effectively.
  • Assist clients with all aspects of their relationship – such as considering our firm and investment products, account opening and onboarding, money movement, allocations, and more.
  • Provide ongoing support, guidance and portfolio recommendations to clients to maximise satisfaction and retention.

Product Promotion and Education:

  • Educate clients on digital asset investment opportunities, across both Lionsoul Global’s SMA and private fund product offerings, highlighting their benefits, risks, and potential returns vs. competitor offerings.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop sales collateral, presentations, and educational materials for client engagement.
  • Conduct presentations, webinars, and seminars to showcase the platform’s offerings and market insights, positioning the platform as a thought leader in the industry.

Sales Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Monitor sales pipeline, track key performance metrics, and analyse sales data to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record of success in sales, relationship management, or wealth advisory roles, with minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, in the US market.
  • Deep understanding of digital asset investment products, blockchain technology, and cryptocurrency markets. Experience in advising clients on digital asset investments, including actively-managed strategies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, trust, and credibility with HNW clients and Family Offices.
  • Experience in lead generation from conferences, events, summits, etc.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex client situations with tact and
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with Salesforce as a client relationship management tool is desirable.
