Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Research Analyst to join our Customer Experience (CX) practice. In this role, you will conduct in-depth research and analysis of CX technologies, trends, and best practices to provide strategic insights to our enterprise clients. You will be responsible for producing high-quality research reports, advisory materials, and market evaluations that help organizations navigate the complex landscape of customer experience technologies and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1)       Research & Analysis 

·      Lead primary and secondary research initiatives focused on CX technologies, vendors, and market trends 

·      Analyze complex market data to identify patterns, trends, and strategic implications for enterprise clients 

·      Evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies in the CX space, including customer feedback management, voice of customer platforms, and customer journey analytics 

·      Develop comprehensive market forecasts and assess the impact of market changes on various stakeholders 

2)       Content Creation & Thought Leadership 

·      Author detailed research reports, market guides, and strategic planning assumptions 

·      Create compelling presentations and advisory materials for senior executive audiences 

·      Contribute to the firm’s research agenda and methodology development 

·      Present research findings at industry conferences and client events 

·      Develop and maintain vendor evaluation frameworks and criteria 

 

3)       Client Engagement 

·      Provide strategic guidance to enterprise clients through advisory sessions and workshops 

·      Lead client inquiries and facilitate decision-making around CX technology investments 

·      Build and maintain relationships with key industry contacts, including technology vendors, practitioners, and other influential market participants 

·      Participate in sales support activities by sharing expertise with prospective clients

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required and advanced degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in technology research, consulting, or enterprise CX roles.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise CX technologies, markets, and implementation challenges.
  • Proven track record of producing high-quality research and analytical content.
  • Previous experience at a research and advisory firm.
  • Direct experience implementing or managing CX technology solutions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of adjacent markets such as digital experience platforms, marketing technology, or customer service solutions. Understanding of enterprise software buying cycles and decision-making processes.
  • Project management experience and ability to handle multiple concurrent workstreams.

Skills:

·     Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.

·     Experience with quantitative research methodologies and data analysis tools.

·     Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·     Experience presenting to and advising senior executives.

Compensation

  • Salary: 12 Lakhs – 14 Lakhs per annum
