Senior Rpa Developer (Remote)

Purpose of the position:

This position requires a candidate with 6+ years of hands-on experience in end to end Development of bot processes using Power Automate (preferred), Automation Anywhere or UIpath software.

The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Senior Developer will be responsible for developing complex automation solutions using a variety of methods in support of automation initiatives. Guides and assists the end users as well as team members in design, development, testing and manages automation projects across the organization.

Able to engineer process patterns for the purpose of creating reusable assets within architecture. Defines, implements, and utilizes process automation best practices to ensure automations meet business requirements and meet stated targets for efficiency.

Must be able to consult on and/or develop multiple automation projects and ensure delivery within the given timeline.

Main responsibilities:

• Understand the requirement of business processes and conduct a self-analysis to check if its automatable
• Define the process use cases, loopholes, critical decision and additional human intelligence required during runtime
• Build out and document the workflow with conditions, logical design and error handling
• Collaborate and work closely with operations team, and constantly take their feedback during development
• Troubleshooting experience on Windows OS (both 32 bit and 64 Bit)
• Automating Tasks Using RPA “Recorders”
• Edit and update tasks created by RPA Recorders
• Automating Tasks Using RPA Bots for Excel module
• Capture user issues and collaborate with Functional Lead.
• Build a committed and good relationship with internal customer, Global team members and external vendors.
• Follow a service desk process for resolving the issues performing changes (such as usage of SDP)
• Keeps up-to-date on latest developments in the RPA field.
• Be available out of normal office hours to cover exceptional circumstances for support RPA Production environment.
• Maintain appropriate documentation.
• Educates other team members about RPA concepts and assists them in analysis and problem resolutions.

Competencies/Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 environment.
• Understanding of the problem resolution techniques
• Basic project management skills to be able to manage small RPA development projects end to end.
• A basic knowledge on networking concept and networking configuration
• Good understanding of Windows OS development techniques
• Good Programming (algorithm) skills.
• Basic skills about other programming languages and standards would be appreciated (Java, C#, HTML, …)

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors in Computer Science/Engineering/IT or equivalent degree required.
• Experienced with Commands and inline scripts of RPA tool
• Experienced with AI Bot functionalities (workflow, learning instance, …)
• Knowledgeable on the principles, practices, and techniques of Process Automation.
• Demonstrated experience as RPA Developer for 6 years supporting an international environment in a production environment.
• Good experience on RPA Administration.
