Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Leading and mentoring a team to achieve performance targets.
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance team productivity and engagement.
- Collaborating with internal teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Preparing and delivering performance reports and market insights.
- Participating in industry events and conferences to promote Cellebrite’s offerings.
- Providing feedback to product development teams based on customer insights and market demands.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (5 years) in a managerial role, preferably in a technology or software company.
- Strong understanding of team management and development techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including at senior management levels.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluent in German and English.
