Key Responsibilities
- Enhance sales performance by deploying current tools and designing new solutions within and outside of Salesforce.com.
- Develop and update comprehensive training materials, including printed documents, videos, and guides to facilitate learning for both new and existing sales team members.
- Promote and drive engagement with the Learning Management System for Sales and Marketing training initiatives.
- Continuously assess and refine sales enablement processes to ensure alignment with corporate sales strategy and objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with marketing, product, and operations teams to create impactful sales collateral.
- Work alongside various teams to monitor, measure, and analyze Lead to Close activities for ongoing campaigns.
- Provide assistance to the Deal Desk in their weekly sales support operations.
- Generate analytics for executive leadership, interpret trends, and deliver insights that enhance performance.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track performance metrics and optimize daily operations.
- Partner with stakeholders to establish and disseminate sales KPIs and metrics across all levels of the organization.
- Conduct cohort analysis to derive actionable insights regarding sales effectiveness and suggest improvements accordingly.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and document enhancement needs in Salesforce.com and implement necessary changes.
- Deliver ad hoc reports and strategic recommendations, serving as an expert resource for users regarding systems and processes.
- Support the definition and enhancement of the reporting environment, identify essential data sources, and work towards automating operational reports for improved organizational visibility.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of experience utilizing Salesforce.com in Lightning, alongside 3+ years in sales or business analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros), and familiarity with Tableau, Gong, and Microsoft Power BI viewed as advantageous.
- At least 4 years of experience concerning software company metrics and KPIs.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales enablement roles, possessing a robust understanding of what sales teams require to close deals.
- Familiarity with the MEDPICC deal evaluation methodology is preferred.
- A strong interest in technology and its application for addressing business challenges.
- Ability to foster collaborative relationships within cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach and a commitment to accomplishing goals in a fast-paced, agile setting.
- Highly analytical mindset, with superior problem-solving capabilities; detail-oriented and organized.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while adhering to deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, adept at educating, persuading, and documenting business requirements effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to transfer knowledge and stay current with industry trends and technological advancements.
