- Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with existing and new customers across NSW with a key focus on Tier 1 rental, construction & mining industries.
- Provide expert technical advice and guidance on product offerings in the clean energy division, including battery systems, solar integration, and hydrogen solutions.
- Collaborate with the interstate sales team to identify opportunities for growth and develop tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients, showcasing the product range.
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
- Participate in local and interstate travel to support sales initiatives, client meetings, and project kick-offs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering e.g. Electrical, Mechanical, Power Systems.
- Proven experience in a sales engineering role within the renewable energy, mining, construction or related industry. Experience across government infrastructure is highly desirable.
- Strong technical expertise in battery systems, solar integration, and hydrogen technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a working from home environment, managing time and priorities efficiently.

With a dedicated team of around 100 professionals, they pride themselves on expertise in the clean energy division, including battery systems, solar integration, and hydrogen technologies. As they continue to expand their Net Zero Team, we are seeking a highly motivated and technically adept Senior Sales Engineer to join the New South Wales team to enhance customer relationships and drive business growth.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing relationships with our customers, helping them select the best products and solutions tailored to their needs in the clean energy sector. Your engineering background and deep technical understanding of battery systems, solar integration, and hydrogen will enable you to provide expert advice and support throughout the sales process.
