What does the role look like?

In this role, you will handle intricate, multi-faceted sales cycles, focusing on uncovering client needs and designing tailored solutions. You’ll play a key role in driving new business growth and building impactful client relationships. 

Key responsibilities

  • Take the lead on managing intricate sales cycles spanning 1-2 years, dedicated to delivering bespoke, tailored solutions for each client.
  • Sell with purpose by identifying client pain points and connecting them seamlessly with our value-driven services.
  • Drive new business growth, actively pursuing new customer opportunities and expanding our presence across key sectors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Proven experience in software or technical solution sales, particularly within complex, multi-layered sales cycles.
  • Demonstrable success in delivering high-value sales
  • Expertise in value proposition sales, with a strong ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • New business development experience, focusing on new customer acquisition and 360 sales.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish strong client relationships, with a deep understanding of business concepts.
  • Approach your work with a proactive & client-focused mindset

Desirable experience

  • Experience in Professional Services or Managed Services environments.
  • Experience of working within legal services
