Due is a London-based company founded in September 2022 with fresh Seed funding from top-tier crypto and fintech investors.
We are building a new payments platform that leverages the latest advancements in blockchain tech / crypto. Today business and consumer payments are dominated by an oligopoly of card schemes working on top of a legacy banking system. We want to challenge this status quo and build a stack of payment solutions, that would allow for permissionless, self-sovereign, global and frictionless payments.
A lot of the things we are building are experimental and haven’t yet been adopted by retail customers or businesses. Our job is to build the best product based on the latest tech and bring adoption both on the consumer and merchant side of payments.
About the Role
Our Sales Team will be the driving force behind customer acquisition and engagement for our Business segment! We’re looking for a motivated individual to work closely with the regional General Manager and Growth teams to grow our customer base and create scalable processes for sustainable growth.
As our first Sales Hire for Colombia, you’ll be at the forefront of driving revenue and shaping our sales strategy. This role is ideal for someone with a startup mindset, excited to build and scale our sales efforts from scratch while independently building and managing a sales pipeline, from prospecting to activation.
What will you be doing:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our presence in the Colombian market
- Design, implement, and refine the sales process and playbook to guide future team members
- Identify and acquire new clients, building a pipeline of qualified leads from prospecting to activation
- Gather and share market feedback with product and growth teams
- Help define and track KPIs to measure sales performance and drive continual improvement
- Collaborate with the regional GM and Growth teams to create and execute GTM plans and experiments
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales in payments, fintech, or related industries
- Interest in crypto payments / stablecoins / cross-border finance
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to wear multiple hats
- Proven ability in driving the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
- Strong sales / communications skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership, team-building, and management skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish
