Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at teaching hospitals with residency programs.
- Cultivate and strengthen connections with influential stakeholders, including residency program directors, Graduate Medical Education (GME) leadership, faculty members, and administrative personnel.
- Identify and engage new partnership opportunities to promote our innovative products and services within the medical education sector.
- Lead compelling presentations and demonstrations of our solutions to key decision-makers and influencers.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to adapt sales initiatives and resources to the unique needs of teaching hospitals.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on sales performance, pipeline progression, and emerging market trends.
- Provide insightful updates and reports to management regarding sales activities and strategic insights.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market fluctuations to ensure a competitive advantage.
- Represent our organization with professionalism and integrity, both internally and externally.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network and stay informed about advancements in medical education and clinical decision support.

- Demonstrated sales acumen, including understanding client requirements, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented in business development and lead generation.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and Google Suite.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of outbound sales experience, with a documented history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Preferred experience in sales within the healthcare sector, particularly in medical education or clinical decision support.
- A medical degree (MD) or equivalent qualification is advantageous.
