Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to drive growth in the plant-based market, focusing on high-impact clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with target companies, particularly in the meat and cheese analog sectors.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and plant-based food manufacturers, ensuring product alignment with client needs.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitive offerings, and customer preferences to recommend product and service adjustments.
  • Commit to frequent travel (50-60%) to meet with clients, conduct product trials, and attend industry events.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven success in B2B sales within plant-based foods or functional ingredients.
  • Industry Network: An established network within the plant-based food sector, particularly among major players like meat and cheese alternative manufacturers.
  • Education: Bachelor’s in Food Science, Business Administration, Sales Management, or a related field preferred, but significant industry experience is equally valuable.
