Job Description: 

We are now launching our high value, specialized, premium skincare products and manufacturing services into Malaysia and we are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to lead our sales efforts, dive growth, and make a significant market impact by establishing partnerships, with both retail and wholesale channels.  

 

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience with a proven track record in promoting a diverse range of products, in particular skincare, haircare, topical care, beauty products and health supplements.  

 

This role involves driving sales across various channels, including offline retailers, supermarkets, and online e-commerce platforms. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Sales Strategy & Execution: 

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share for our product range. 
  • Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities across offline and online channels. 

Channel Management: 

  • Build, establish, and maintain strong relationships with retail channels and industry contacts. 
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth. 
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company. 

Customer Engagement: 

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product recommendations. 
  • Conduct product training and presentations for retailers and distributors to enhance product knowledge and drive sales. 

Market Research & Analysis: 

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly. 
  • Provide feedback and insights to the marketing and product development teams to support the continuous improvement of our product offerings. 

Expos & Tradeshows: 

  • Actively participate in industry expos, tradeshows, and other promotional events to showcase products and generate leads. 
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure effective brand representation at events. 

Reporting & Administration: 

  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market analysis. 
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the CRM system. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales preferably with experience in skincare, beauty products, supplements or related categories. 
  • Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. 
  • Skills: 
  • Strong sales network and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing trends. 
  • Creative mindset with strategic thinking abilities. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 
  • Familiarity with the Malaysian market and consumer behavior. 

 

Other Requirements: 

  • Willingness to travel within Malaysia for client meetings, expos, and other business-related activities. 
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Chinese languages is an advantage.
