Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Sales Specialist at OceanCX . The Senior Sales Specialist will be responsible for handling day-to-day sales activities, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales training, managing sales operations effectively, and driving revenue growth.

OceanCX Company is in search of a skilled and talented Senior Sales to join our team on a full-time remote basis.

Requirements:

–         Selling Contact Center Services experience is a MUST.

–         Oversight of daily and monthly operational activities.

–         Execution of sales plans and activities.

–         Development and implementation of effective sales plans.

–         Proactively addressing sales gaps.

–         Required experience in lead generation, extensive sales calls, and successful deal closures.

–         Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.

–    Only from the residents of Cairo and Alexandria.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

–         Formulate and execute sales strategies to enhance revenue generation.

–         Identify and engage potential clients to expand our customer base.

–         Foster strong client relationships and explore up selling opportunities.

–         Proficiency in conducting effective virtual client meetings.

–         Conducting cold calls to promote and sell our three main services.

–         Utilizing CRM systems to track and manage leads and customer interactions.

–         Meeting daily call targets and generating quality leads.

–         Enter and update customer information in the database.

–         Take and process orders in an accurate manner.

–         Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

–         Strong problem-solving abilities.

–         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIS):

–         Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

–         Increase client acquisition by a specified percentage quarterly.

–         Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

–         Demonstrate consistent improvement in sales performance.

–         Enhance sales strategies and processes to optimize revenue generation.
