Senior Salesforce Administrator (Remote)

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer/Administrator to join our team and work on an exciting project involving the design, development, and configuration of workflows within the CDP ecosystem. Your primary focus will be on configuring elements between the CDP and Salesforce to generate workflows and utilizing your understanding of business data models to exploit them within the CDP ecosystem – Salesforce. You will also be responsible for analyzing user data requirements and developing solutions that meet those requirements with transparency and integrity. As a senior member of the team, your experience and expertise in data analysis, modeling, and understanding of data will be vital in delivering quality results and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and configure workflows within the CDP ecosystem
• Configure elements between the CDP and Salesforce for the generation of workflows
• Analyze user data requirements, and develop solutions that meet those requirements
• Develop and administer the Salesforce Console to consume information from the CDP in Salesforce
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure seamless project completion
• Participate in the continuous refinement of the development process
• Engage with your mentor for continuous learning and development of technical and soft skills

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Developer and Administrator of Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Salesforce Console
• Solid experience in data analysis, modeling, and understanding of data
• Knowledge of Salesforce Console to consume information from the CDP in Salesforce
• Solid knowledge in CX, Marketing, and Data Flows
• Certifications in Data Platforms or Salesforce are desirable
• Fluency in English, with at least an Upper-Intermediate level competency for hassle-free communication with the team and stakeholders
