Senior Salesforce Developer (Remote)

Position Overview

Blink Digital is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the development and customization of Salesforce solutions that align with our clients’ needs. This role is crucial in implementing robust and scalable solutions, enhancing business processes, and driving innovation within the Salesforce platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Salesforce development, a deep understanding of business workflows, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development & Customization:

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Create and maintain custom objects, workflows, triggers, and data integrations.
• Customize Salesforce solutions to improve usability and performance.

Integration & Data Management:

• Integrate Salesforce with other applications and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Manage and maintain data quality, migration, and validation processes.

Solution Design:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop scalable and maintainable solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices.

Technical Leadership:

• Mentor and guide junior developers and other team members in Salesforce development and best practices.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and emerging technologies to implement innovative solutions.

Troubleshooting & Optimization:

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce configurations and customizations.
• Optimize system performance and recommend improvements for enhanced functionality.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Certifications:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II (required).
• Additional certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant are a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum of 4-7 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Proven experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodology.

Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce technologies and tools.
• Expertise in integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, or Einstein Analytics.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks like Angular or React.
