Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior SEO Manager to lead our SEO initiatives and optimize our digital presence. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that drive organic traffic growth, increase search engine rankings, and enhance user experience.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and site audits to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with content, web development, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital channels.
• Lead technical SEO initiatives, including site architecture improvements, page speed optimization, and mobile usability enhancements.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, such as organic traffic, conversion rates, and search rankings, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
• Manage relationships with external SEO vendors and agencies to maximize the effectiveness of partnerships.
• Conduct regular A/B testing to optimize on-page elements, such as meta tags, headlines, and content structure.
• Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority and inbound traffic.

Mentor and guide junior SEO team members, providing training and development support.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in SEO, with a minimum of 1 year in a senior or leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and web development principles as they relate to SEO.
• Proven experience in technical SEO, content strategy, and link-building techniques.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Up-to-date knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
