We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join our team and drive our organic search strategy across multiple markets, including the US and Europe. What you will do:

• Setting and executing strategies to improve organic rankings and search traffic across various markets (US, Europe);
• Conducting onsite optimization related to page titles, URLs, redirects, internal link structures, and SEO copy editing;
• Developing offsite optimization strategies to enhance brand visibility;
• Performing keyword research to identify new targeting keywords and explore content strategies;
• Identifying and optimizing existing content to improve search engine rankings and engagement while discovering new targeting keywords;
• Monitoring, tracking, and analyzing ranking performance on an ongoing basis, optimizing SEO campaigns as necessary;
• Managing and reporting on SEO performance and optimization efforts regularly and on an ad-hoc basis;
• Staying updated on industry trends, search engine algorithm changes, and the influence of generative AI to maintain a competitive edge;
• Collaborating with various teams such as outreach, website management, analytics, content, UI design, and PR to execute projects effectively.

What you need to succeed in this role:

• Prior experience in B2B marketing;
• 2+ years of technical SEO experience with a strong eagerness to learn;
• Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console tools, and Google Tag Manager;
• Experience working with technical SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and SE Ranking;
• Understanding of HTML and CSS;
• Experience in creating strategies or resolving SEO issues effectively;
• Bringing innovation and progressive thinking to organic search campaigns by optimizing for voice search and implementing Accelerated Mobile Pages (AMP), integrating with UX and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO);
• Expert-level delivery of key SEO activities including technical audits of websites/assets, on-page content audits, keyword discovery and opportunity analysis, competition research, internationalization strategies, offsite SEO, authority building/link earning, and data-led insights & reporting;
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field is preferred;
• Good knowledge of English is required.
