About the role
– Developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to fit business requirements.
– Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements
– Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code requires expertise to achieve.
– Code reviews and quality control checks should be undertaken as part of every project to guarantee maximum efficiency and productivity.
– Debugging and fixing technical problems
– Documenting code and application functionality
– Staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies in ServiceNow development ensures your success.
– Optimize existing and develop new service catalog offerings and associated flows with a focus on continual improvement and automation.
– Leverage Flow Designer to further mature the service catalog and migrate away from workflow.
Requirements:
– B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Engineering.
– 2+ years of software engineering experience.
– Must have excellent knowledge in one of the programming languages (C#, Java, Angular JS, Python, PHP, React JS).
– Must have excellent knowledge in (XML, JSON)
– Must have excellent knowledge in(JQuery, JavaScript, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS)
– Must have excellent knowledge Rest/SOAP APIs.
– Must have knowledge in any version control (Azure DevOps Server, Github)
– Must have a deep understanding of one or more DBMS platforms such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
– Fluent in English is a must
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in person, team chat, email and meetings.
– Desire to both learn and teach new concepts as part of a team.
– Valuable Skills And Experience
– Experience ServiceNow development.
– ServiceNow certified.
– French Language.
– ITIL knowledge
– Hands on experience in manual/automated testing
– ITI graduate
