We are seeking a Senior React Native Developer to join our mobile engineering team remotely. In this pivotal role, you will develop and support advanced mobile foundational tools and frameworks, contributing to the enhancement of our mobile applications for a global audience of EV buyers and sellers. This position offers the opportunity to innovate in the burgeoning EV market, with a focus on developer efficiency and product excellence.

Your Role:

– Develop and maintain advanced mobile tools and frameworks, emphasizing developer efficiency.

– Collaborate with product managers, designers, data scientists, user researchers, and engineers to drive mobile strategy.

– Leverage the latest practices, tooling, and SDKs in the mobile space.

– Uphold high standards in product, system, and code design.

– Mentor and guide engineers at various stages of their careers, especially in acquiring new skills.

– Take ownership of and contribute significantly to Areas of Responsibility (AoRs).

– Play a key role in shipping features across both web and mobile platforms.

What We Need From You:

– At least 4 years of experience in developing, releasing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications using React Native.

– Awareness of the latest trends and developments in the mobile space.

– Experience working in large, high-quality codebases.

– Strong commitment to improving code quality continuously.

– Passion for enhancing the end-user experience.

– Experience in building complex software products within a team setting.

– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

– Ability to balance quick solutions with long-term code maintainability.
