As a Software Engineer, you will lead the development of our Gen AI platform, implementing software and ML solutions for scalable, reliable, and high-performance operations. Your role involves close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to integrate and deploy our technology stack. You will manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables, as well as design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance the Gen AI platform

Duties And Responsibilities:

• Write and test product or system development code;
• Participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst available technologies;
• Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt content based on product/program updates and user feedback;
• Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.
• Understanding of the existing software architecture and interactions between the various modules comprising the system

To be successful in this role, it is essential to have knowledge and/or experience in:

• Bachelors/ master s degree in computer science or related discipline or equivalent practical experience;
• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a successful track record of delivering quality results;
• Proven experience in testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and software design and architecture;
• Strong software design and development skills, in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms.
• Experience working with tools, systems, and processes that accelerate applied researchers velocity;
• Experience in building and operating scalable and reliable software systems;
• Experience in large-scale build, release, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and observability methods;
• Experience working with at least one of the public clouds, especially AWS.
