Role Overview

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at MTechZilla, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining cutting-edge web applications. You’ll be responsible for both frontend and backend development using technologies like NextJS, ReactJS, and Supabase. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and a superior user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using NextJS, NodeJS, ReactJS, and TailwindCSS for responsive, scalable, and high-performing frontend solutions.
• Implement and optimise backend services, integrating Supabase for authentication, storage, and database management with Row-Level Security (RLS).
• Write clean, maintainable code in JavaScript and TypeScript, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
• Collaborate with design, product, and QA teams to ensure feature completeness and technical feasibility.
• Manage code versioning and collaboration using Git and GitHub.
• Participate in code reviews and mentoring mid software engineers on best practices.

Key Requirements

• Proven expertise in NextJS, TailwindCSS, and ReactJS for building fast and responsive frontends.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with experience building scalable web applications.
• Deep understanding of Supabase (Auth, Storage, Database, and RLS) and its integration with frontend and backend systems.
• Solid experience with Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment on platforms like Vercel and Github.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Previous experience mentoring or leading a development team.
