Who you areYou have in-depth knowledge of Typescript, React, NextJS, NodeJS, Express, PostgreSQLYou have experience working across the full stack with a strong track record of leading projects and working across teams including product and design to problem-solve and create performant user interfacesYou are motivated by our companys purpose and mission, aligning your work with our goals to make an impactYou are product-focused, always prioritising practical solutions and user needs You demonstrate adaptability and flexibility, adjusting to changing requirements and priorities while maintaining high standards of workExperience working in a start-up or managing a new product launch would give you the perfect experience for a role and environment like this one! Key Responsibilities Contribute to the product process from end-to-end, from ideation to building the UI, backend logic, and asynchronous workers to deployment, feedback, and measurement Lead the development and maintenance of a reusable component library and design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all frontend projects Effectively collaborate with our Product Manager and Product Designer, and the adoption of these components throughout the team Support and mentor more junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to help them grow and advance in their careers.
