eFuneral is a breakout digital solutions company that helps funeral providers engage with consumers online. Our home office is based out of West Des Moines, but we are a remote company with hybrid flexibility. Our office is casual, the workspace is flexible, and we close at 1 o’clock on Fridays.

We are looking for a junior to senior level developer to join our ranks, to get the gig, you must have the following skills/qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Debug and troubleshoot software issues, provide timely resolutions.
• Perform code reviews and unit testing to maintain code quality standards
• Work closely with other developers to enhance your technical skills and understanding of software development methodologies
• Communicate effectively with team members to share insights, ideas, and progress updates.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills and ability to develop solutions and alternatives that meet business goals.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to listen and communicate technical information.
• Expertise and/or exposure to C#, .NET Core, Blazor, React, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies
• Highly motivated, self-learner, and technically inquisitive
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand data requirements and implement efficient solutions that meet business needs
• Analyze user needs and requirements to design, develop and maintain software solutions
