• UP TO $200,000 + Super (experience dependant)

You’ll be directly responsible for creating systems that help companies optimize cloud costs while ensuring applications run faster, more efficiently, and at scale.

• Architectural Excellence: You have deep experience building backend systems that are scalable, fault-tolerant, and resilient. You’ve worked with cloud infrastructures like AWS, Azure, or GCP, and understand the intricacies of cloud-native solutions.
• Performance Obsessed: Whether it’s optimizing code for speed or tuning applications to scale seamlessly, you know how to squeeze the most performance out of a system.
• Leadership Through Action: You lead by doing, whether it’s conducting code reviews, solving critical bugs, or mentoring engineers. You’re passionate about setting the standard for technical excellence.
• Real-World Experience: You’ve spent over 6 years working in backend development, across Python or Java tackling big challenges in deep tech or similarly complex environments. If you’ve had a stint in cybersecurity, that’s a huge bonus.
• Complete Ownership: You won’t just be contributing; you’ll be driving projects end-to-end, making critical architectural decisions that define our future. From concept to deployment, you’re in control.
• Direct Impact: Every line of code, every architectural decision will have a massive impact on the efficiency and scalability of our clients’ systems. This isn’t maintenance or optimisation work — you’ll be setting the new standard for how businesses manage cloud resources.
